The project is located in the gated community of Playacar, on its main avenue where most of the main hotels are located and across from the beach.

With ownership in this gated area, you are entitled to a membership in the Reef Beach Club with full access to the pool, washrooms/showers, games rooms, tennis courts, and beach facilities. You have also the opportunity to purchase a pass at a reasonable rate for an all-inclusive day at the hotel, which would include meals and drinks.

The beach club is located across from the property. The golf clubhouse is only five minutes walk, with the property backing onto the #1 hole. The golf course is rated one of the top in Central America.

The site is five minutes walking distance from Playa del Carmen that offers many restaurants, entertainment and all kinds of shopping. Presently, a new mall is being built right by the entrance to Playacar.

Playa del Carmen is the fastest growing city in Latin America. With the present population of about 150,000 and forecast of 300,000 by 2006, it is time to invest.

We are also only 40 minutes from Cancun, travelling along a modern four-lane highway. Cancun has all the modern shopping facilities including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Sears, Sams, Costco and many others
